Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Pay With Credit/Debit Card
The available credit card options are listed above. The credit card companies listed above are the most commonly used credit cards on this website. Do not worry if your credit card company is not listed, we encourage you to go ahead and make the purchase.
Please note that GLADYS does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

Coupon Code
You can apply coupons to your order at checkout. Once you’ve entered your coupon code, click “apply” and the discount will automatically adjust your order total. Please note that if you do not click ”apply” before continue checkout, your order total will not reflect coupon.

NOTES:
Please make sure that you enter the coupon code exactly as you received it, with no space before, within, or after it. To avoid errors, we recommend you to copy/paste the promotional code you received.
Coupons cannot be combined. You can only use one coupon code per order.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Item Delivery will be 2 weeks from the date of booking. Shipping Time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
Due to COVID-19, shipments to few countries have been prohibited. Unfortunately, we will have to stop our services and shipments temporarily. Once we have clearance to ship again, we will notify you immediately.

How Do I Track My Order?

In “Orders”, you will be able to get an overview of your order history and their status. Click “View” to get the details for more.

If your order is “Shipped”, select “Track” to check the current status of your package. You will then be taken to an overview of your recent shipping history of your package

Once you receive your package, confirm delivery

Do I need to show my ID when my order arrives ?

Yes, please keep your valid ID handy to show our delivery partner when they deliver your order. Accepted forms of ID include either your passport or Emirates ID.

Yes. Please create an account with all your details or login with your social accounts. This will help us to serve you best at all times.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept:

  1. Credit and Debit Cards – UAE-issued or International Visa or MasterCard Credit and Debit Cards.
  2. Cash on Delivery.

Will I be charged for delivery?

Delivery is free for all orders in UAE.

Your delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

What is your policy on returns?

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We’ll be happy to help you with the process.

We do not accept:

–  Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear, even if they are still under warranty.

– Products that have been used, altered, assembled or installed, unless they are defective.

– Lingerie, jewellery, disposable items such as nappies, or nursing and maternity products like bottle warmers, if their packaging has been opened. Of course, we will take back defective products.

– Toiletries and perfumes.

– Bedding, mattresses, bath products, kids’ products, pillows, sheets, comforters, bed-in-a-bag, duvets, duvet covers, memory foam, towels and bathrobes that have been removed from their packaging.

–  Products that have already been assembled, unless there is a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to check for defects and will repair or replace the defective products at our discretion.

–   Products you wish to exchange for a different colour or size. (We currently do not offer an exchange service which means that you will need to return the product first and purchase what you wish instead).

Please return your  products in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. Double-check that you’ve included the original email invoice, all the accessories that came with your order.

How do I get a refund if I paid for my order by cash?

If you’ve paid for your order by cash, here’s how it works:

Online returns: you’ll receive a refund to My Credit in your account if you’re a registered user, or a Return Voucher if you’re a guest user.
Return to store: you can opt either for a cash refund, a Credit Note or a refund to My Credit in your account.
Call for a return pickup: you can opt for a transfer to your bank account or a refund to My Credit in your account. If you’re a guest user, you will receive a Return Voucher.

Return Vouchers and Credit Notes are single-use vouchers valid for 1 month from the date of issue, and you can use yours to shop at Gladys.ae.

My Credit refunds go to the My Credit section in your account and can be used to shop any of our online brands.

Gladys Fashion ships clothing items to US, UK, Canada, Malaysia, Australia, Hong Kong, South Africa, Middle East, Singapore and Mauritius.

Your delivery charges will be calculated based on the countries and displayed during the checkout process.

Can I customize for my size?

Most of the items are branded items. Hence size will not be the problem. will be perfect fit for you at all times. We’ll be happy to help you with the process.

For some designers and styles, custom sizing is available. For all Custom Size Styles in dress materials, blouses. Please email us your measurements to sales@gladys.ae within 24 hours of your order with your order email if you are looking for custom sizing.

How long will it take for the order to reach me?
