Welcome to the Gladys.ae, service provided by Divine LLC. In using the Gladys.ae service of Divine LLC you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below.

All products/services and information displayed on Gladys.ae constitute an “invitation to offer”. Your order for purchase constitutes your “offer” which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below. Gladys.ae reserves the right to accept or reject your offer. If you have supplied us with your valid email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and therefore process the order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. No act or omission of Gladys.ae prior to the actual dispatch of the product(s) ordered will constitute acceptance of your offer.

Registered Member

Use of the Site is available only to persons who have the capacity to contract under the applicable law. As per the Local Contract Acts, persons, who do not have the capacity, are not eligible to use the Site:
Minors above 13 years old may use this Site only under the supervision of a parent or a legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Minors below 13 years old are prohibited from purchasing any material. Your parents or legal guardians can transact on behalf of you if they are registered users/members.

Gladys.ae reserves the right to terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to the Site if Gladys.ae discovers that these terms are not respected. The Site is not available to persons whose membership has been suspended or terminated by Gladys.ae for any reason whatsoever. Those who choose to access this Site from outside UAE are responsible to comply with local laws to the extent local laws are applicable. Gladys.ae will deliver the products only within its jurisdiction and will not be liable for any claims relating to any products ordered from outside its jurisdiction.

Except for product where additional terms and conditions are provided which are product specific, these terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order submitted.

By using the services of Gladys.ae you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

Registration Responsibilities

“Your Information” is defined as any information you provide to us in the registration, buying process, in the feedback area or through any email feature. We will protect Your Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account and Password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under Your Account or Password. Gladys.ae shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should change the password or notify us by contacting us immediately through the address provided below. You agree to Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by Gladys.ae ’s registration form (such information being the “Registration Data”)

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or not current or if Gladys.ae has reasonable grounds to suspect that information provided fails to comply above terms , Gladys.ae has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to the Site.

Product Price

While Gladys.ae strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Therefore, Gladys.ae cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or information due to an error in pricing or product information, Gladys.ae shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched.

In an event that an item is wrongly priced, Gladys.ae may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and Gladys.ae will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.

In the event that Gladys.ae accepts your order the same shall be debited to your credit/debit card account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to Gladys.ae dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your Gladys Wallet Account. No cash disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever.

We strive to provide you with the best prices possible on Gladys.ae. In our effort to be the lowest price provider in your particular geographic region ,prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Order Acceptance / Cancellation by Gladys.ae

Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Gladys.ae reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance support. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. No cash disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever.

Customer order cancellation

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount you paid, back to your Gladys Wallet Account which can be easily utilized on your next purchase. The Gladys Wallet Account does not facilitate the customers to pay their delivery charges because of the third party courier services. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped out by us. Gladys.ae has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Gladys.ae and accept Gladys.ae ‘s decision regarding the cancellation.

Payment Options

The most opted payment method y customers is Cash on Delivery (COD) which is available in our payment methods, so the customers can easily pay for the products they have ordered at their doorsteps. Further, we also offer the Card Payment System.

Credit cards accepted as a form of payment and no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases.

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you) provided by you for availing of services on Gladys.ae will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to Gladys.ae. Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by Gladys.ae with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. Gladys.ae will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.

Fraudulent /Declined Transactions

Gladys.ae reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. Gladys.ae reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.

Transactions outside UAE

If the credit card used for the transaction is issued outside UAE, the transaction has to be verified. The following points has to be noted.

Gladys.ae verifies the transaction with the card issuing bank before delivery of the item(s).

The bank will verify the following points

Whether the transaction was done with the knowledge of the card holder
Whether the Credit card used for the transaction belongs to the customer.
In case of a Corporate card, is the company aware of the transaction.
The verification takes 3- 10 working days depending on the response from the card issuing bank.
In order to avoid delay in processing such orders, Gladys.ae will ask for the below documents
Passport Copy/Driving License/National ID which ever will prove the identity of the person.
Front Side of the credit card. (never send the back side of the card.
In case of a corporate card, an official email from the senior management has to be obtained.
If customer is not willing to provide the requested documents, he/she has to wait till the bank verifies and confirms the transaction.

Shipping Policy

Customers shopping for more than 100+ AED delivery charges only within U.A.E are waived off just to improve our relationship with our customers.

The facility of free shipment on AED 100+ reflects on the fresh purchases through Cash on Delivery (COD) or Card Payment only. The Gladys Wallet Account does not facilitate the customers to pay their delivery charges because of the third-party courier services.

Most orders will be delivered within the Next Business Day when the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Friday. We cannot guarantee when an order will be delivered considering any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a proper way to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. We share this information with our customers frequently that we have marked some Non-Service areas in UAE which are out of route, due to which we charge AED 20 to AED 30 as delivery charges on the request of Courier Companies.

Members obligation

That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by Gladys.ae for redelivery shall be claimed from you.

That you will use the services provided by Gladys.ae , its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws of U.A.E and regulations while using the Site and transacting on the Site.

You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. Gladys.ae reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), Gladys.ae has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the Services of Gladys.ae and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.

That you are accessing the services available on this Site and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering any transaction through this Site.

That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects. That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description.

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the Site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Return & Refund Policy

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We will be happy to help you with the process.

Our number one priority will always be the health and safety of you, our customers and our own people. In line with this we do not accept :

Items damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear, even if they are still under warranty.
Items that have been used, altered, assembled or installed, unless they are defective.
Items that is worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way
Any dress and dress materials , jewelry, if their packaging has been opened except defective items.
Toiletries and perfumes.
Bedding, mattresses, bath items, kids’ products, pillows, sheets, comforters, towels and bathrobes that have been removed from their packaging.
Items that have already been assembled, unless there is a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to check for defects and will repair or replace the defective products at our discretion.
Items you wish to exchange for a different colour or size.

An email will be sent containing a pre-paid shipping label for you to print and attach to the package. A pick-up will be scheduled by one of our courier services.
Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Do not remove any code or labels on the box. Double-check that you have included the original invoice, all the accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order.
Hand over the package to the courier representative.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and your payment excluding delivery charges will be transferred to your Gladys Wallet Account you can buy another item from our store, we have No Cash Refund Policy. You can use Your Wallet Account Balance for New Orders only.

Updating Terms & Conditions of Service

Gladys.ae may at any time modify the Terms & Conditions of Use of the site without any prior notification to you. You should regularly review the Terms & Conditions on Gladys.ae. In the event the modified Terms & Conditions is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified Terms & Conditions of Use of this site.

Please note that items marked as “On Order” will be ordered on your requirement after payment. This will not guarantee the stock availability within our supplier and we will do our best to provide you the item as soon as possible.
