We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We will be happy to help you with the process.

Presently following COVID-19 guidelines as per the World Health Organization (WHO) and the local and national authorities. Your safety is of utmost importance to us, we are in this together with you and understand your concern about yourself, your families and the communities we all live in. Our number one priority will always be the health and safety of you, our customers and our own people. In line with this we  do not accept :

  • Items damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear, even if they are still under warranty.
  • Items that have been used, altered, assembled or installed, unless they are defective.
  • Items that is worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way
  • Gift cards, clearance sale (Discount sale) are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Any dress and dress materials , jewelry, if their packaging has been opened except defective items.
  • Toiletries and perfumes.
  • Bedding, mattresses, bath items, kids’ products, pillows, sheets, comforters, towels and bathrobes that have been removed from their packaging.
  • Items that have already been assembled, unless there is a manufacturing defect. We reserve the right to check for defects and will repair or replace the defective products at our discretion.
  • Items you wish to exchange for a different colour or size.

Drop an email to eshop@gladys.ae or  call customer Support Team on (+971501740617) within 7 Days from the day your order is delivered .

  • An email will be sent containing a pre-paid shipping label for you to print and attach to the package. A pick-up will be scheduled by one of our courier services.
  • Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Do not remove any code or labels on the box. Double-check that you have included the original invoice, all the accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards that came with your order.
  • Hand over the package to the courier representative.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and your payment excluding delivery charges will be transferred to your Gladys Wallet Account you can buy another item from our store, we have No Cash Refund Policy. You can use Your Wallet Account Balance for New Orders only.
